HOW DO I ORDER?

For smoothies and bowls only: 

Select SHOP SMOOTHIES & BOWLS. Use our website to place an order at any time at all. Just select 10 or more items, in any combination you'd like!

For Marché orders: 

Fill your cart with anything at all, and select either a pickup or Thursday/Friday delivery option.


IS THERE A MINIMUM SUBSCRIPTION LENGTH?

Nope; we’re as flexible as can be! You can cancel your subscription any time before the weekly cut-off of Saturday at 6pm EST. You can even place a one-time order without opting for any specific subscription plan at all!


DOES MY SUBSCRIPTION AUTO-RENEW?

Yes; we try to make things as easy as possible for you! We’ll send you deliveries based on your previous selection. That said, you can skip, change, or cancel your selection or order at any time before the weekly cut‐off of Saturday at 6pm EST.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?

To cancel your subscription, log into your account and click the Suspend My Subscription button. Alternatively, you can email our customer service team at info@smoothiesgo.com with the subject line “CANCELLATION” at any time before our weekly cut-off of Saturday at 6 pm EST.
