In the mouth the attack is carried by the sharp acidity of the lemon. The zests are delicate and tender. The vanilla takes time to establish itself and comes to soften the biting acidity of the lemon at the end of mouth.
Faithful to the nose, the symbiosis of these two ingredients gives a very nice complexity in the mouth as well, with a final touch of sugar and vanilla.
