This pale green tapenade with a silky consistency is made from flavourful pieces of crushed green olives (Nocelara del Belice variety). Our tapenade tastes intensely of green olive and reveals bright notes of thyme and rosemary underscored by garlic and capers.
Our tapenade will pack all your dishes with Mediterranean flavour. Excellent as pasta sauce, or accompanying meat, vegetables and cheese, but also great on bruschetta and canapés.
