WHEN DO YOU DELIVER?

Our smoothies and oats are delivered each WEDNESDAY from 12pm-5pm. To ensure you will receive your order in the same week, please order before 6 PM on Sunday EST..

WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?

We currently deliver to homes or workplaces in the Montreal metropolitan area, Laval and parts of the South Shore in the delivery zones mapped below. You can check for sure whether you're eligible by entering your postal code on our cover page.

HOW ARE THE SMOOTHIES DELIVERED?

Each box of smoothies and oats are packaged with dry ice and delivered frozen in an airtight box and will remain frozen for up to 8 hours once delivered. 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM NOT HOME?

If you are not home the delivery provider will leave the box outside your front door or as per your delivery instructions. Be sure to place your smoothies and oats in the freezer as soon as you get home. You will also receive an email notifying you of when your delivery has arrived.
