And just so you know, our delivery area is always expanding: if you’re not on our route right

NORMAL SCHEDULE
In the Montreal area, our smoothies are delivered every Wednesday between
3pm and 9pm. Orders delivered outside the Montreal area are shipped every Thursday between 8am and 9pm.
Our smoothies are packaged in dry ice and delivered frozen in a really cool insulated box.
You’ll want to store them in your freezer as soon as you receive them.
If ever you’re not home, the delivery provider will leave the box outside your front door or
as per your delivery instructions. Be sure to place your smoothies in the freezer as soon as
you do get home. You’ll also receive an email notifying you when your smoothies were
delivered.
When we have filled your order, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email,
which includes the order number, a summary of the items included, the name
of the transport company, the delivery address, and a tracking number.
Just click on the transport company's link in the shipping confirmation to track your order.
Going on vacation or on a business trip? Don’t want a delivery one week? You can skip it
without any trouble: just log into your account and opt out of any shipment with our handy
calendar tool! Just remember to make your changes before the weekly cut-off of Saturday
at 6pm EST.
