Our pig farmers have adopted breeding methods that allow them to offer consumers lean, nutritious meat that is safe for their health. The animals' diet is composed of all-natural products such as cereals and vitamin and mineral supplements.
In addition, no growth hormones or drugs are used in pig farming.
The mild Italian sausage comes from a recipe developed in our workshop by our chef Markus. Our Austrian-born chef uses his know-how to develop authentic European products.
The mild Italian sausage is made with spices, celery culture extracts, sea salt and vinegar. It is guaranteed 100% gluten-free, and no nitrates or phosphates are added during its production.
Since the sausages are pre-cooked, they do not need to be cooked for a long time and will only need to be reheated.
You can prepare them in the oven, in the pan or on the barbecue. A few minutes of cooking is enough to awaken their taste.
To accompany your Italian sausages, we suggest a recipe for peperonata (or pepperoniade).
