La Madelaine, Artisanal Soft Sheep's Cheese, 160g

Madelaine is a cheese made from pasteurized sheep's milk with a soft paste and bloomy rind. Its farm aromas are fine and delicate and have a good length in the mouth.

The cheesemaker associated the personality of her cheese with a woman's first name. It was by going back to her roots that she found Madelaine , the first name of one of her ancestors who arrived in New France in 1634.
