Almond Powder, Blanched 1Kg

Yupik’s Almond Powder is blanched, ground almond meal from whole nuts, without the addition of oil, fat, salt, or sugar! Almond powder is milk-like and nutty in flavor, and though finely ground, this product does retain a slightly grainy texture. Almond powder is ideal for baked goods! 

Store in a cool, dry place for up to 24 months. For prolonged use of this product, store in the refrigerator.
