Organic Clementine Marmelade by Punch Jams, 220mL

This marmalade, made with over 95% organic ingredients, does justice to the bright flavor of the clementine. The use of tender peels accentuates the finish.

In the mouth the attack is carried on the flavor of the pulp of the clementine, is followed by a finish carried on the bitters of citrus peel! The sugar/acid balance is perfectly proportioned and the texture between the jelly and the tender zests gives a very nice dimension in the mouth.

The jam is a balm for all those who feel that the Moroccan clementine season should last 12 months a year!
