Tootsi’s Organic Kamut Flakes are steamed, rolled, and lightly roasted whole kamut grains. Nutty in flavor, hearty kamut flakes are firm in texture; ideal as an alternative to rolled oats, and can be used in hot cereals, granolas, baked goods, and more. Kamut flakes use a 2:1 ratio (2 cups water, 1 cup kamut flakes), and cook in approximately 10-15 minutes.
