Cru Berger is a firm paste cheese aged 3 months. Its natural rind has a velvety texture and is multi-coloured with tones of brown, grey and white.
Certified by Ecocert Canada, the beautiful tomette is made from organic raw sheep milk that comes from a nearby producer. Their animals are fed dry hay in the winter and graze in the fields all summer.
