SMOOTHIES

It couldn’t be easier:

1. Pour the contents of your SmoothiesGo pouch into a blender.

2. Add about 1 cup of any liquid you like.

3. Blend for about 60 seconds, until it’s smooth or at the texture you enjoy most.

4. Enjoy!

Each blend makes about 500mL (16oz.) which is the perfect amount to share. (Or you can drink it all – that’s what we do!)

OAT BOWLS

1. Pour the contents of your SmoothiesGo pouch into a saucepan or microwave-safe bowl.

2. Add about 1 cup of water, milk, or the liquid of your choice, and stir well to combine. 

3. Heat on stove for about 8 minutes over medium heat, stirring periodically, or microwave at medium power for about 4 minutes, stirring halfway through.

4. Add milk and/or garnish as desired. Enjoy!

When we have filled your order, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email,
which includes the order number, a summary of the items included, the name
of the transport company, the delivery address, and a tracking number.
Just click on the transport company's link in the shipping confirmation to track your order.

Our ingredients are chopped finely enough so that most personal blenders will be able to
blend all ingredients to make the perfect smoothie. Our smoothies blend particularly well
with 1 cup of liquid in Nutri-Ninja, NutriBullet, Vitamix, or Blendtec blenders. If you find your
blender makes your smoothies a little chunkier than you’d like, just try letting your
SmoothiesGo pack thaw for 5-10 minutes before blending.

Although we don’t have a program to collect our shipping boxes yet, all of our packaging is 100% recyclable! The boxes can be put out with your paper recycling, and the inside liners
and ice packs are 100% recyclable, too.

We’re continuously working on improving our environmental impact. If you have any ideas about ways to recycle our packaging, please let us know so we can share them with our customers!
