Juice has a short shelf-life, and so it’s less practical and might potentially lose nutrients or even go bad before you drink it. With our smoothies, made from snap-frozen fruits and veggies, you can blend them any time to feed your cravings, and always be sure that 100% of the nutrients are in there.
Also, juices have less fibre and protein (and fewer nutrients in general) than our smoothies have, so they don’t keep you feeling full or aid in digestion like our smoothies do.
Finally, juices typically don’t contain superfoods to give you that extra boost.
